Ronald Kung is a serial entrepreneur and property investor with a substantial portfolio and a lengthy track record of success.
Ronald started his career working for Allied Dunbar Assurance (Zurich) where he topped the company charts for sales and bringing new clients to the business.
He took his passion for delivering exceptional service to the restaurant sector building a portfolio of successful eateries across the South West.
Always seeking a new challenge, Ronald ventured into property investment and development and used various advanced creative strategies to expand his portfolio, meet investor requirements and build a successful property acquisitions and development business.
Ronald has procured and developed assets for high-net-worth individuals, institutions and international funds and has experience of structuring hundreds of millions of pounds worth of deals for various clients.
Ronald brings a wealth of Real Estate experience and business leadership. As well as an unparalleled network of developers, landlords and agents across the UK Real Estate sector.
Ronald lives in Plymouth with his wife and four children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing badminton and going to the gym.

Joshua Hooley is an experienced property procurement specialist and entrepreneur having procured real estate assets for clients across the UK and internationally with a diverse set of requirements.
Joshua also has worked in Government and the public sector for several years, formerly having an office in Downing Street and working internationally in Asia, Europe and the Middle East with the Deputy Prime Minister and other senior Government Ministers.
Joshua has worked with and advised senior figures in Local Government on major developments and regeneration such as the Nine Elms Regeneration in Battersea and the Winstanley Estate regeneration.
Joshua is a shareholder in various businesses in the real estate and hospitality sector.
Joshua brings a wealth of expertise in the UK Real Estate Sector and Government Relations having an excellent network of senior figures in both central and local Government and a deep understanding about how to work and deliver with Government partnership.
Joshua lives in Plymouth and in his spare time enjoys taking on new challenges and working on his fitness.
